Cass Scenic Railroad State Park features train excursions that transport you back in time to relive an era when steam-driven locomotives were an essential part of everyday life.

The town of Cass remains relatively unchanged. The restored company houses now rent as vacation cottages any time of year. The company store and museum, town and locomotive shop tours, and the Last Run Restaurant are seasonal delights. The Last Run Restaurant is a featured eatery in WV's 101 Unique Places to Dine.

Train rides departing from the Cass Depot are filled with rich histories of the past, unparalleled views of a vast wilderness area, and close-up encounters with the sights and sounds of original steam-driven locomotives. COMPANY HOUSE RESERVATIONS:
Stay overnight in a two-story company house when you visit Cass Scenic Railroad. There are 20 houses that will accommodate from 4 – 14 guests. Open year-round, the houses are rented by the day, up to a maximum of two weeks. Reserve by telephone by calling Call Cass Scenic Railroad directly at 304-456-4300. Reserve via online services. Make company house reservations anytime, day or night via the internet. Stop by the park office during office hours to make house reservations.
