Located on Main at the heart of downtown and in the former home of the historic Bowling Hardware, this versatile concert hall combines rugged architecture from the 1920s with elegant updates and an open concept. With adjacent access to Big Draft Brewing and The Local Café, catered and full-bar events are a piece of cake for their experienced staff.

Shopping

Take a stroll down Main Street for some unique and specialty shops. The Village Wine Shop is the perfect stop for domestic and international wines along with supplies for the perfect charcuterie board. Shopping lovers can find everything they are looking for among the whimsical halls of The Greenbrier, from resort-ware at Ralph Lauren to locally crafted glassware at Virtu. If you’re with family or a kid at heart, create your own friend at Sugar Bears with stuff-able plush animals as well as pick up some novelty candy or a handcrafted gift.  Visit Hammer Cycles to rent a bike to hit the Greenbrier River Trail for a leisurely afternoon.

Recreation

The Greenbrier River Trail is a 78-mile former railroad now used for hiking, biking and horseback riding. It is the longest trail of its kind in Almost Heaven. The trail provides many breathtaking views as it passes through several small towns, crosses 35 bridges, goes through two tunnels and cuts through some of West Virginia’s most remote areas. Or if you are looking for a unique adventure, from the ancient sport of falconry to scaling a 55-foot tower, Greenbrier Outfitters is a must-visit.
