Established in 1985, The Elk River Inn & Cabins has been hosting and advocating outdoor recreation in Pocahontas County West Virginia for over 30 years. The Inn is a large cedar building with 13 guest rooms, sitting room, dining room, TV lounge and outfitter's shop. The Inn's breakfast is famous for providing a tasty start to your Pocahontas county outdoor adventure. With adjoining decks and beautiful views, Elk River is the perfect Bed and Breakfast in Snowshoe WV that also offers three mid to large comfortable cabins. Our summer temperatures average 15 degrees lower than surrounding metro areas, so expect cool nights for sleeping. Fans & air conditioners are available to guests upon request. Whether you're a hiker, biker, skier, snowboarder, angler or just a lover of nature. Come and enjoy the birthplace of rivers that hosts Gil and Mary Willis
