Bring Mom and join us for a buffet-style country brunch in an authentic outdoor farm setting at West Virginia Homegrown Farms. Comfortable attire and shoes are encouraged. Bring an appetite and an adventures palate and prepare to feast on local organic pork, chicken, and vegetables, an omelet station and more. Music provided by the talented Paul Nelson. There will be two seating times, 11am and 1pm. West Virginia Homegrown Farms is located in Hico West Virginia and we are proud to be serving the New River Gorge community. Our farm is forever growing, expanding, and evolving as we learn and grow. We practice green sustainable farming methods, we use no pesticides or growth hormones. We grow all natural high quality herbs and vegetables. We also supply high quality farm fresh eggs, pasture raised chickens, turkey, and sheep. Groups are offered a walking tour of the farm which includes the high tunnel, fields, and an opportunity to meet some of the farm animals. Guests for this day are treated to the mouthwatering down home cooking of Adaland’s long time cook, Lucy Williamson. The buffet table will be laden with two entrees, a collection of sides, salad with Lucy’s famous dressing, homemade bread, and a sideboard of luscious desserts. Adaland’s signature peach iced tea and coffee round out the afternoon meal that has become a favorite of many visitors. Adults $20.00 plus tip. Children $10.00 plus tip.
