The Ultimate Spectator Guide to the Exhilarating Spartan Race in West Virginia

The Spartan Race is one of the most highly anticipated events each summer in Almost Heaven. Held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, Aug. 24-25, athletes from all over will compete for the fastest finishing time all while facing an intense obstacle course.

Watching the race is both a thrilling and exhilarating experience as you help cheer your friends, family and other racers to the finish line. For spectators, the cost is $20 online until the Friday prior to the event, and then after that date, the cost is $25 on site. Or purchase the Festival Pass, which includes a merchandise discount card, which is redeemable at the merchandise tent, access to view many incredible obstacles on the course, finish line viewing, vendor tents and access to food for sale on the grounds.
