YORK HILL is a historic property listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. It is a privately-owned farm that was established and recorded in January of the year 1754 by Lord Fairfax. It has been owned by just three families since that time with our family enjoying its heritage for nearly a century. TODAY it is our pleasure to share our very special farm, an operational orchard, with those who would like a uniquely beautiful place to host an exceptional event. Our stone barn, built on the property in 1812, and the picturesque landscape surrounding the barn have become wonderfully popular locations for a variety of celebrations; most notably, weddings and receptions.
