We welcome you to our home nestled on a 65 acre estate with mountain views in the lovely town of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Our mission is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests from arrival to departure. In a friendly atmosphere we offer well appointed rooms, a smoke free environment, delicious food, and an atmosphere that encourages leisure and a release of stressful thoughts. Offsite, explore the town of Berkeley Springs, the mineral baths, massages, the shops, the restaurants, and the many activities such as summer concerts in the park.
Spend the day at Cacapon State Park and lake for a day of swimming, hiking, golf, fishing, paddle boating, and horseback riding.

During the winter months, Whitetail Ski Resort is not far, offering sking and snowtubing.
