The Artisan Center shop, located on the second floor, offers a mix of fine arts and crafts showcasing the best of WV and regional artisans. The "Made in Wheeling" interactive exhibits highlight Wheeling's industrial heritage. The 3rd Floor Loft Gallery features changing art exhibits. On the 1st floor is River City Restaurant which offers great food in a spectacular atmosphere. Closed Sundays. This facility is included in A Guide to Accessible Recreation in West Virginia.
