Falls of Hills Creek

A crown jewel of the Monongahela National Forest, the Falls of Hills Creek are hidden off the Highland Scenic Highway. One of the tallest waterfalls in West Virginia, this natural wonder rushes over at an impressive 20, 45, and 65 feet. Cranberry Creek Cascades

A natural treasure hidden in downtown Beckley, Cranberry Creek Cascades offers a relaxing retreat just steps from the city. Take Stanaford Mine Road and drive a quarter of a mile to the Piney Creek Preserve entrance. Follow the stone steps down to Waterfall Hollow Trail, a former coal mine bench that makes the 100-yard walk relatively flat.
