West Augusta Historical Society Museum
Mannington, WVThe West Augusta Historical Society consists of a restored Round Barn and Historical Museum in which there are four rooms of musical, war, industrial and other various artifacts. The property consist of a restored Round Barn (built in 1911) and a historical museum located in an old schoolhouse (built in 1912). Both of these properties are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There is also a log cabin from the 1850s, a tiny gas station from the 1900s, a railroad caboose from 1912, and an antique firetruck.
