The Dish Cafe

Daniels, WV

The Dish Cafe is an eclectic culinary delight bringing unique flavor combinations and fresh ingredients to your table. Our concept was created by a group of local partners who wanted to offer healthy food choices to a community that's quickly discovering that REAL FOOD TASTES BETTER! We're committed to locally grown fruits and vegetables, all-natural meat and poultry and wild caught fish when available. We make our bread, buns and pretzels from scratch using farm fresh eggs and organic flour. All of our dressings, dips and sauces are original recipes of The Dish Cafe, made fresh in house. We avoid genetically modified ingredients when possible. We offer grass fed beef from Swift Level Farm in Lewisburg. Swift Level does not apply any non organic (chemical) matter to the land or water nor do they feed any grain or hormones to the cattle. Most everything on our menu is made from scratch, even our wing sauces are mixed to order. Thank you for coming out to support our concept and The Dish Cafe. We hope you enjoy!
