River City Restaurant is a full service restaurant, bar, and banquet facility located in the Beautiful Artisan Center in the heart of downtown Wheeling, West Virginia. The 250 seat restaurant & bar on the first floor offers a first class dining experience and a great selection of 24 draft beers, wine, and liquor. The menu offers a wide selection of hand cut choice steaks, fresh seafood, gourmet salads, pasta and more. With a welcoming and unique atmosphere, small parties can enjoy privacy in the Victorian Room, Window Room, or the Bar Room for groups of up to 20 people. The bar offers a taste of big city nightlife with two tournament pool tables, 9 large flat screen LED TVs, a game room, and a stage area for local, regional, and national acts.

The 80 ft. high atrium and historical dining area offers an exquisite dining atmosphere. Groups may order from the standard menu or choose a classic buffet (50+) from our bus tours menu, consisting of three entrees, various side dishes, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.

An absolute breath-taking and spacious 10,000 sq. ft banquet hall can be found on the 3rd floor. It features a beautifully decorated 25 ft. high ceiling, 15 ft. windows, hard wood floors, and elevator access. Take a walk across the 60 ft. high bridge while enjoying the beautiful skylight and surroundings that holds up to 400 people. Ideal for wedding receptions, proms, reunions, banquets, and conferences, it is one of the largest event halls in the tri-state area.
