Local museum with exhibits highlighting the springs and their effect on the history and development of the surrounding area. Located on the second floor of the historic Roman Bath House in Berkeley Springs State Park. Exhibits include Geology, Hotels of Bath, Historic Bathing, Formation of the Town, Fires, Porte Crayon, Indians, James Rumsey and Water Bottling. Interpretive center for the western section of the Washington Heritage Trail National Scenic Byway. Occasional special events. Docents on duty. Open Sat & Sun 11am - 4pm from mid-March to early December; and Friday - Monday from Memorial Day to end of September. Other times for group tours can be arranged.
