Lake Stephens is a 2,300-acre county park with a 272-acre pristine mountain lake and 1,900 acres of hardwood forest.
The park offerers recreational opportunities such as hiking, tent and RV camping, year-round cabin rentals, fishing, boating and access to local attractions and events.
The winter boat launch is available November 1st- April 30th. The beach is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day each year.
New to Lake Stephens are the Aqua Water Park and the Sprinkler Splash Pad Park. The Marina offers fuel, bait, refreshments, etc.
