Haunted Parkersburg is a haunted and historical walking tour of downtown Parkersburg. Stories cover areas of ongoing hauntings as well as tales of local folklore. These include the Ghost of Silver Run, the strange story of the alien Indrid Cold (which was covered in “The Mothman Prophecies”) Civil War hauntings, the smoking gentleman, Quincy Hill hauntings, Van Winkle’s haunted mansion, shadow people ghosts and more. The Tours were created and led by paranormal expert, Susan Sheppard, for more than 20 years. The Tours are now run by and led by her friends and family.
