Elk River Camp and RV Park

Elk River Camp and RV Park lies along the Banks of The Elk River in Gassaway, West Virginia. It includes two parks: Little Buffalo and Bear Run. Each park has full or partial Hookups. Full hookups include power, water, and sewer. Partial hookups include only power and water. Reservations are encouraged but are not required.

24 full hookups, 7 with Power & water, - 7 with just power, All hookup 50,30,120 Power, City water.

We offer well lit sites, fire pits at every site, picnic tables at each site, pavilions available,all sites are pull through,all sites accommodate RVs of any size, swings and hammocks available for use (Seasonal).

The campground also acts as a public access for the Elk River Water Trail as well as the host of one of five Flatwoods Monster Chairs! Elk River Camp and RV is a horse friendly park for travelers and clubs. Horses are welcome in the park and vicinity.

Driving directions: Off I-79, Exit 62. Turn Right off the exit. Watch for yellow sign for Elk River Camp and RV. Take next left at the bridge. After crossing the bridge, watch for another sign pointing right. Arrive at camp ground in about a half mile.
