Large fully-equipped kitchen, 2 TV’s w/dish satellite, one with DVD, and the other with VCR. Full washer/dryer, fireplace wood, linens, beach chairs and towels provided. Game room in large walkout basement, adult & kids pool tables; air hockey; foosball; darts & board games. Children's table set, play area with books & puzzles and more. Sitting area with full-size futon & rocking chair. Pet & child friendly. Rates $145 per night weekdays and $175 per night on weekends. Ask about 6 nights and other specials. Most major credit cards accepted. Check in is 3pm and check out is 12 noon. A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Return renters get a 10% discount. Year round rental.
