The Trail is a paved 5-mile trail located in Morgantown and Star City. An urban feel with neighboring city parks, restaurants and shops. It links the Mon River Trail north and south and the Deckers Creek Trail. The Trail runs through Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park with an outdoor amphitheater, WVU Core Arboretum, and Tugboat Depot Playground. Recreational uses include in-line skating, walking, jogging, cycling, and cross-country skiing. A popular site for festivals and trail events through-out the year.
