Community Theatre/Civic Center is a 3-story Historic Theatre building built in 1913 that includes a 500 seat theatre along with a ballroom. The organization features a 5 show community theatre season, along with after school Children Junior Theatre Program for grades 4 through 12, an after school KIDS program for grades K-5 and a Youth Summer Theatre Workshop Camp for grades 3 through 12. It is also a Center for Community Events, Home of the Coronation of the Mountain State Apple Harvest Queen, the Miss Berkeley County Scholarship Program, Apollo Jazz Orchestra, Annual Haunted Theatre, Annual Talent Show, concerts, dance recitals movies and more.
