3. Spring Mountain Festival

This celebration of spring in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia has it all! The 24th Annual Spring Mountain Festival will be April 22-24 in Petersburg with entertainment, arts and crafts, a parade, a Spring Mountain Festival Queen, local growers with plants and flowers, antique car and truck show, tractor show and a cornhole tournament.

Admission is free, so plan for a full weekend of fun!

4. Ramps & Rail Festival

You can try ramp-themed foods like ramp chili and ramp burgers, and enjoy mountain music, crafts, and even train rides on the Durbin and Greenbrier Valley Railroad at the Ramps and Rails Festival at the Elkins Depot Welcome Center on April 30.
