Orr’s Farm Market Pumpkin Patch

Martinsburg, WV | Now through Nov. 8, 2025

Bring your significant other or the whole family to Orr’s Farm Market in Martinsburg and pick your favorite pumpkins! Now’s a great time to get your pumpkin patch adventure in if you didn’t have the opportunity during Halloween month. Hours of operation vary by day, so be sure to check ahead of time to plan your pumpkin pursuit.

After your pumpkin picking, treat yourself to some locally-made goods, fresh produce, drinks and more at the Farmers Market.

Looking for something fun to do with the little ones? Learn about West Virginia’s natural scene and enjoy the Botanic Garden together at the Friday Family Walk & Craft. Join a West Virginia Botanic Garden educator for a short story, a walk and a simple craft. Enjoy all the scenic walking trails and everything else that this Morgantown gem has to offer.

Note: General admission is $15, but if you’re already a WVBG member, admission to this event is free.

Farm-to-Table Harvest Dinner

Stonewall Resort State Park | Nov. 15, 2025

Join a heartfelt celebration of the farmers, artisans, and flavors that define West Virginia’s rich culinary heritage at Stonewall Resort State Park. Thoughtfully crafted by West Virginia’s very own Chef Matt Welsh, this immersive, Appalachian-infused evening invites guests to savor locally sourced dishes while connecting with the chef himself, fellow diners and the stories behind every ingredient. This package includes two tickets to the four-course plated dinner, one drink of choice per person, and overnight accommodations in the lodge.

Get ready to celebrate the warmth of Thanksgiving and the magic of Christmas all in one festive day at the Harvest & Holly Market in Oak Hill, just minutes away from the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. Shop from an incredible variety of local vendors offering handmade crafts, seasonal décor, gifts, and treats. Expect a day filled with delicious food and drink trucks, live music, and raffle contests. The festivities run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
