WV Hot Dog Festival
The 2016 West Virginia Hot Dog Festival will be held from 8am to 6pm on Saturday, July 30, at Pullman Square and 3rd Avenue in downtown Huntington. The 12th Annual Festival will offer hot dogs from a dozen of the top hot dog businesses traditional Huntington and West Virginia. The WVHDF will have a classic & custom car and truck show, kids activities, demonstrations, exhibitions, along with retail and craft shopping. Don't forget about the ever-popular WV Hot Dog Festival Wiener Dog Races! Families love the "all-breed" exhibition races, the dog costume contest, hot dog eating and root beer chugging contests, "bun fun" games, and much more!
Woofstock & Wieners: A Festival for Fido and Friends
More fun than you can wag your tail at! This event features the popular Wiener Dog Races; new races for all breeds by weight; costume contests: silly dog tricks; fetch competitions; doggy musical chairs; largest lap dog; microchips, vaccines, and spay/neuter coupons clinic; Food Truck Roundup; and so much more!
