Appalachian Du/Triathlon

The Third Annual Appalachian Du/Triathlon to Fight Cancer will be held as a fundraiser for The Lustgarten Foundation to Cure Pancreatic Cancer (! This event takes place in the beautiful Monongahela National Forest at Lake Sherwood Recreation Area, WV. The event will start at 9 AM on Sunday, September 11, 2016. The triathlon is a Sprint event with a 740 meter swim, 13.5 mile bike ride, and 5 K run. The duathlon starts with a 1 mile run, followed by the 13.5 mile bike and 5 K run.
