We are proud to announce the 14th annual meeting of the Greenbrier Valley Polar Bear Plunge Club at Ronceverte Island Park. Join our Polar Bear members as we plunge into the icy waters of the Greenbrier River. New members are encouraged and spectators are welcome.
Club members gather annually to plunge in the 30-degree waters of Anthony Creek in the Monongahela National Forest. Spectators are welcome and new members are encouraged. The one-hour event includes club members singing the "Ode to Polar Bear" song, the Polar Bear Spirit Award winner presentation and a giant American Flag hung from the swinging bridge.
