WV Hunting & Fishing Show
Each year in January, we present the West Virginia Hunting and Fishing ShowSM at the Civic Center in Charleston, West Virginia. All proceeds, except for costs to run the show and club operating expenses, are donated to programs that promote or protect hunting, fishing, wildlife, conservation, and related educational activities. We only solicit vendors of high quality products and services related to the sport of hunting and fishing. The show features exhibitors from as far away as Alaska, New Zealand, Spain, and Africa, plus the United States and Canada. We are all 100% volunteers. In conjunction with the show, we run the West Virginia Whitetail Hall of FameSM. The West Virginia Whitetail Hall of FameSM provides an opportunity for individuals to bring their West Virginia deer trophies in for official scoring and to display the largest racks harvested. You may bring as many mounts in to be scored as you wish. Bring your tags for the deer for official WV DNR scoring. Friday, January 26: 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Admission: Adults $9; Children 6-12 $1; Under 6 Free.

Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival
Celebrating its 38th year, the Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival is one of the longest standing festival traditions in Berkeley County, celebrating the area’s rich history and agricultural roots. The four day event features a wide range of activities, from an elegant grand ball, to a sportsman and outdoor show, a craft show, agricultural events, a royal gala and the grand feature parade that fills downtown with performances, antique cars, fire trucks and more. This festival is a local favorite and will create a special memory for visitors and families who attend and share in this time-honored tradition.
