Live on the Levee – MultiFest

Headliner: Priscilla Price Priscilla's first single, in 1973, was a re-release of "Funny." Picked up by BASF, it went to No. 17 on Billboard's top 30 R&B chart. "You Better Watch Yourself" is Priscilla's 2002 Rock House Records release, produced by Roy Roberts on his Rock House Label. "I'm Not for Sale" is the title of Priscilla's 1997 CD. Produced by Roy Roberts for King Snake/Rockhouse Records. Price's vocals combine gospel roots with pop sensibilities. She also loves the slow, smoldering blues songs that many singers wish they could achieve. Priscilla Price was presented with a “Life Time Achievement Award" by the Blues Society of Detroit in 2006.

Multifest

Multifest has celebrated diversity in Charleston for 28 years. This year's event includes confirmed guests the Bob Thompson Band, MLK Mass Choir, and national recording artist NEXT.
