Up to 40 local artists will create pieces of art inspired by the theme “Nevertheless, She Persisted: Celebrating Achievements of Women”. During the event, all original pieces will be auctioned off by our favorite auctioneer Viki Williams, a.k.a. Ted Brightwell, who creates a one of a kind auction experience. Each piece will be digitally placed on the StreetWorks signs down Washington Street, continuing the goal of creating a mile-long art gallery on Charleston’s East End. Music provided by the Bark-o-Loungers.
