WV Home Show 2018The Home Builders Association is the proud sponsor of the WV Home Show. The West Virginia Home Show is the largest exhibit of its kind in the State of West Virginia, and one of the largest in the Eastern United States. Over 250 exhibitors set up in the Charleston Civic Center. The show offers everything from bricks and sticks to furnaces and flowers to computers and wiring. The WV Home Show is a "must see" if you are planning to remodel, redecorate or add additional landscaping. $8.00 Adults; $7 for seniors over 65 years old; children 2 years or older $1.00
Site Inventory and Analysis
Whether you are designing a landscape for a bare lot surrounding your home or redesigning an area because your needs have changed, all plans need to start with a site inventory and analysis. Through this design process, you will determine which features to keep and where change is desirable. With Master Gardener Jan Mitchell, learn how to inventory your yard, determine your needs, and make a base map. Most appropriate for adults. Free. Register online at www.wvbg.org. * Registration for free programs is required by the Friday prior to the program. All activities take place at the West Virginia Botanic Garden, 1061 Tyrone Rd., Morgantown, WV 26508 unless otherwise noted. Walks and presentations will last 1.5-2hrs.
