Elkins Main Street is inviting children between the ages of 3 and 12 to participate in the Halloween fun. Between 5pm and 6 pm., more than 25 businesses, including merchants, restaurants, offices and banks, are expected to participate in the fun, offering treats to youngsters dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes.
