Activities include: demos and classes in wild edible foraging, trapping and tracking, archery, fire-making and much more! Evenings filled with music and campfires.

Forage & Feast “Find Dining” Event

It's wild, and some say crazy. And it's coming to The Greenbrier!! The challenge is this: gather enough wild food for a feast, enjoy your indigenous ingredients, and live to tell the tale! Led by famed forager Alan Muskat, we'll wander through field and forest, filling our baskets. You'll learn how to safely gather, serve, and preserve wild mushrooms, plants, and other cuisine. Then it's "finders, eaters" as The Greenbrier's Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and his award-winning culinary team transform our quarry into a "find dining" feast! **Event is open to both overnight and day guests**
