Tickets for each dinner are $85 per person. Tickets go on sale three weeks prior to each event. Dinners are B.Y.O.B. and do not include gratuity.

Enjoy a fresh dining experience featuring seasonal produce both grown and prepared by The Greenbrier's award-winning culinary team. The menu was carefully developed to showcase the prize-winning fruits and vegetables grown by The Greenbrier Greenhouse located on property and The Greenbrier Chef's Garden located in nearby Eagle Rock, VA. Join Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and Chef Jake Owen for a guided tour of The Greenbrier Greenhouse, housing our collection of heirloom seeds and carefully cultivated plants, while sipping bourbon spiked lemonade. Then, sit down to a five-course meal (with wine) served family style for an enchanting evening you'll remember for years to come! **Event is open to both overnight and day guests**
