Country Fall Festival

West Virginia's State Farm Museum's Annual Country Fall Festival includes an Antique Gas Engine Show, CEO's Quilt Show, Antique Bottle Show and Antique Tractor Pull. Watch the making of apple butter, apple cider and sorghum. For sale. Tour over 30 buildings and cabins full of exhibits of a different time. Farm animals to pet. Smithsonian Museum Day Live!

Celebrate the harvest season with our “Garden Checklist” and other seasonal activities. Patrons can make a “Festive Fall Foliage” craft and tour the Interpretive Garden using a garden checklist.

West Virginia Botanic Garden Bird Day

Join us for a fall bird walk led by local birder John Boback, a live bird presentation by the Avian Conservation Center of Appalachia, and basic birding skills and winter bird Identification by Mountaineer Audubon.
