Wheeling Heritage Port Sternwheel Festival

Three days of summer fun great entertainment, food, live bands, kid's area, lots of parking, boats, fireworks and more A Must See Event !!! The feature attractions includes regional entertainment ranging from classic rock and roll to Dixieland jazz, children's activities and a spectacular fireworks display. Additionally, many food and craft vendors, and most importantly the Sternwheel Boats themselves, make this early fall event a truly unique experience.

Mountain State Street Machines Auto Extravaganza

Join us for our largest event of the year, our annual Auto Extravaganza! Since 1984, Mountain State Street Machines has been bringing fun, entertainment, fireworks, prizes, delicious food and crafts from area vendors, and stunning new, unique, classic, and antique cars to the Elkins area for your enjoyment. All ages are welcome. Register early and save $5.

Native American Heritage Gathering

This annual two-day event features snakes and raptors, Living History presentations, Red River Drum, dancing and storytelling. There will be food and craft vendors and children’s activities. The North House Museum will open a related exhibit of Native American art and craft. Find us on the grounds of the North House Museum and New River Community and Technical College, also known as Academy Park. Elementary Schools are specially invited on Friday.

Fayetteville’s Old Time Christmas Celebration

Nestled in the picturesque mountains of West Virginia you can step back in time and enjoy Fayetteville’s Old Time Christmas Celebration. Fayetteville gets all dolled up for the holidays celebrating with true small-town flair. Escape the hustle and bustle of the holidays and enjoy a getaway with your family. You can shop small and enjoy strolling around historic downtown Fayetteville as the storefronts come to life with Christmas displays all month long. The town square will be lit up like a Christmas storybook with lights strung and fresh greenery bringing the town square to life. The Festivities kick off December 1st with Fayetteville’s Annual Christmas Parade. Head over to see the light show at the Fayetteville County Park and participate in the Ugly Sweater Run. Fayetteville’s Christmas Craft Show is held Saturday, December 2nd with over 50 craft vendors. The Grove will be hosting The Fayetteville Arts Coalitions Holiday Sampler during that evening. Experience the town coming together for the Greening of The Town. Make cookies with Santa at The Station, enjoy hot cocoa from Koolbeanz or a Christmas treat from Sweet T’s Candy Land Bakery, lots of activities for the kids, carols, and a town-wide ugly sweater contest.

18th Annual Ranson Festival & Car Show

Craft Vendors - Food - Entertainment Batman and Batgirl will be arriving in the Batmobile from 10 to 2pm. Kids can stop by and get their autographs and pictures taken. Car Show for all types of Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles.

The 45th Annual Dogwood Arts & Crafts Festival

The Dogwood Arts & Crafts festival is one of the largest arts and crafts show in the Tri-state area featuring over 90 vendors with hand-crafted items such as jewelry, food products, woodwork, art, soaps and lotions, yard art, pottery and much more.

King Coal Festival

The King Coal Festival is Mingo County's oldest and longest running festival. Each year on the third weekend in September, craft and food vendors line the streets of Williamson and one coal miner is crowned "Mr. King Coal." Music, community block party, and a parade finish out the evening.

Annual Ramps and Rail Festival

The Eleventh Annual Ramps and Rail Festival will be held on April 27, 2019. The festival continues to grow each year and the Depot hopes everyone will come out again this year! People taste different ramp cuisine and listen to live music, enjoy the craft vendors, and vote for their favorite vendors. Train rides are available throughout the day through the Durbin & Greenbrier Valley Railroad. Reservations for the train highly recommended 304-636-9477.

Wild and Wonderful Arts & Crafts Festival

Join us July 6-8th at the Jackson County Fairgrounds ( 6 miles from Ripley), in Cottageville, WV! The Wild and Wonderful Arts and Crafts Festival is dedicated to bringing the community together through arts and entertainment. We have an excellent lineup of artisans whose works include handmade crafts and local musicians. We will have a Children's pageant, Cruise In, Quilt Show added this year! We also offer an excellent selection of food from well-known concessions in the area. Back Home Appalachian Arts & Music Festival

The second annual FREE Back Home Appalachian Arts & Music Festival will feature entertainment by the Del McCoury Band, David Grisman, The Travelin' McCourys, The SteelDrivers, Billy Strings, The Last Waltz Live, The Grass Is Dead, David Gans, and many others. The festival will also feature West Virginia artisans and crafters. The Back Home Festival is sponsored by Visit Wetzel County.

Fall Family Farm Days Festival

The Fall Family Farm Days festival is a great way for families to welcome the changing of the seasons and create memories together. Join us for live local bluegrass, delicious food, tasty baked goods, hayrides, visit our pumpkin patch, craft vendors, and children’s activities. This year we’re also featuring a LIVE visit from Spookley the Square Pumpkin! You’ve probably seen his popular kids’ movie on the Disney Junior t.v. network. He’ll be walking around both days to greet the children between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Burnsville Harvest Festival
