Halloween At Cass! Celebrate Halloween in the Town of Cass WV with a costume contest, activities for all ages, haunted places and other scheduled events for the day and evening. Activities throughout the day to include: COSTUME CONTEST @ 3pm in the Cass Community Center. * Costume Prizes & Treats for All Kids HAUNTED COMPANY HOUSE. * Tours 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Beginning at the Community Center.
