Spend an evening during the summer solstice with Chef Marion Ohlinger of Hill and Hollow Restaurant as he shares his tricks of the trade of incorporating fresh herbs into recipes. Watch and sample some of his favorite summertime tapas recipes while enjoying a glass of wine in the Garden. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT BY NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON JUNE 16TH.

Learn to bake, simmer, grill and more in 1863 Grill’s Cooking Classes taught by our own Executive Chef, Jason Fleck. You’ll get to craft your own delicious dishes, and take home not only a gift bag and some leftovers, but also skills you can apply to your meals at home. Register for classes before they fill up! SUSHI MAKING SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2016, 12 PM Get hands-on instruction, and craft your own sushi rolls. Chef Jason will demonstrate the techniques and then you’ll get an opportunity to give it a try. You’ll have sushi snacks throughout the day, plus you’ll have rolls and a goody bag to take home along with your new knowledge. We’ll also give you an opportunity to purchase hard-to-locate sushi ingredients so you can use your new skills at home. | $60 per person, limited to 20 people
