WV Tattoo Expo

With on-site tattooing and piercing from over 160 artists, multitudes of vendors, contests, a Miss Tattooed West Virginia pageant and more, this will be the premier tattoo event in the state. The expo is open to the public, and kids under 12 are free with a paying adult.

5th Annual WV Tattoo Expo

The fifth annual West Virginia Tattoo Expo is finally here! Located at the Morgantown Event Center, the expo will run August 18th – 20th. With on-site tattooing and piercing from over 160 artists, multitudes of vendors, contests, a Miss Tattooed West Virginia pageant, and more, this will be the premier tattoo event in the state. 13th Annual West Virginia Hot Dog Festival

A full day of live entertainment, music, amusements, and contests for you, the family and the family dog! Our Tri-State area is home to an unusually large number of hot dog businesses, many decades-old, family-owned businesses that shine as beloved, true traditions! We invite you to come to Downtown Huntington as we collect a dozen of the area's top hot dog businesses, and put them in one location. We welcome you, your family, and the family dog to come to our annual WV Hot Dog Festival to enjoy contests and competitions, live music and entertainment all day, displays, prizes, demonstrations, crafts, shopping, car and truck shows, and to sample all of these wonderfully delicious hot dogs (as much as you can eat!) in one location for the entire day at Pullman Square! Come treat yourself (and your little dog too!) to our annual WV Hot Dog Festival! This year is the 13th Anniversary! 3rd Annual Mini Con

Super heroes and friends will be in Ripley for this event. Games, crafts, contests and quests will be part of the festivities. Costumes are encouraged.

Durbin Days

This event is 3 evenings, 1 full day, and a Sunday afternoon of fun, entertainment, and learning for all ages. Various events pit contestants to be the best at horseshoes, tug-of-war, greased pig chase, pet showing, karaoke, hay bale throwing, archery shooting, and running or walking the 5K. There is music, bingo, food, and a carnival every day but Sunday. For Sunday we're planning a community covered dish noon meal and gospel music which is an addition to our festival. Saturday is a day filled with children’s activities, car show/and fireworks interspersed with other events listed above. We also include the Fireman's Parade on Friday and will be holding "Incarcerate a Friend" at the newly renovated town jail on Saturday.

Wild Thing Weekend

Come get wild on the slopes at Canaan Valley Resort. Plenty of family fun activities and contest scheduled throughout the weekend. This annual event includes various contests, races, cook-outs, live entertainment, and “The Infamous Pond Jump” and Sunday Rail Jam. Let’s get “WILD” this weekend!

West Virginia Pumpkin Festival

Since 1986 West Virginia Pumpkin Park in Milton has celebrated the glory of autumn and  the harvest with the West Virginia

Hometown Mountain Heritage Festival

The Hometown Mountain Heritage Festival is the premier heritage festival in West Virginia. It is an annual festival held every 3rd weekend in June in Ansted WV! It is hosted by the AIM/Hometown Mountain Heritage Committee. Activities include Coal Shoveling contest, Hometown 5-K Run, Flea Market, Kids Carnival, Heritage Demonstrations, Chain Saw Artist, Horseshoe Pitching Contest, Memorabilia Displays, Arts & Crafts Vendor Booths, and more.

MiniCon II

This 2nd annual event features gaming, crafts, a costume contest, writing contest and more. Whether you are into Batman, Superman, Star Wars, Star Trek, anime or zombies; you won't want to miss our 2nd annual Mini-Con. Join us and have fun with everything geeky: comics, gaming, contests, special guests, crafts, and our costume contest!

49th Annual Treasure Mountain Festival

This is the 49th annual Treasure Mountain Festival. Pendleton County is a hidden treasure and you are sure to find many hidden treasures during this family friendly event. Come bring your family and friends and enjoy this wonderful mountain community.

27th Annual Grape Stomp Wine Festival

Join us for the 27th Annual Kirkwood Winery Grape Stomp Wine Festival. Come enjoy two days of wine and bourbon tastings (no bourbon tasting/sales on Sunday) visit the food and craft vendors, our gift store, stomp some grapes or join in the grape eating contests, get your photo taken in the Happy Little Photo Bus, take a covered wagon ride, dance around or relax in your bag chair and take in all the tunes provided by our exciting line up of entertainment!!! Saturday features Will Jones, The Long Point String Band, Krista Hughes Band, Marteka and William Lake, and The Confederate Railroad. The fun continues on Sunday with covered wagon rides, vendors and more live entertainment featuring Sammy Murphy, The Band Wagon Band, Ed Davisson and the Davisson Brothers. Fun for the whole family!!! Under 12 - Free Admission; 12 to 20 - $5; 21 & over $15; $20 day of event at gate. Apple Butter Festival-Berkeley Springs

Annually since 1974, the Apple Butter Festival fills the park and streets of downtown Berkeley Springs on Saturday and Sunday of Columbus Day weekend in October. The traditional harvest festival is kicked off by a nostalgic hometown parade on Saturday morning followed by two days worth of family-friendly games and contests, music, country food, fine arts and local crafts. Undisputed star of the festival is the spicy apple butter stirred in giant copper kettles in the middle of the square. With no admission fee and activities for all ages, this is the perfect day or weekend experience for everyone from grandma to the kids.
