The Starry Mountain Singers

The Starry Mountain Singers will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 9 in the Great Hall of Halliehurst on the Davis & Elkins College campus. The ensemble of eight vocalists performs a wide range of traditional music from around the United States and abroad. GRKMANIA @ PRICKETTS FORT

Come join us for an evening of FREE entertainment with the ever popular polka band Grkmania. The Joe Grkman Band includes three generations of the Grkman family. The group features traditional Slovenian polkas and waltzes along with their original GRKMANIA style Slovenian button box accordion music.

Ohio River Festival

The Ohio River Festival returns to the riverfront in Ravenswood on Aug. 4-7. Activities feature Powerboat National racing and concerts by Cody Wickline, Rick K & The Allnighters, Bucky Covington and Exile.

Jackson County Jr. Fair

The 59th annual event features concerts by Lonestar and Little Texas, motorsports such as mud bogs and tractor pulls and events such as a rodeo.

Battle Of The Bands in Morgan County, WV — Featuring Rock Bottom!

The Morgan County Improvement Organization and Hillbilly Heaven presents our first Battle of the Bands event featuring Rock Bottom! We are calling all amateur bands to be a part of the battle! Submission deadline for bands is June 18th. Send us your video. A majority portion of the proceeds for this event goes to the Nolan Heironimus recovery fund, a child who was involved in a traffic accident while Christmas caroling in our area.
