The concerts take place in the Town Square in downtown Martinsburg, providing easy access to the shops and restaurants, lasting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Arrive for the concert an hour early to browse through the Martinsburg Farmers Market for the area's best produce, meats, jams and jellies, breads, baked goods and more.
