During the Winter Solstice, nature takes a long dark pause prior to transitioning into longer days with more light. What a beautiful reminder to also take such a pause in our own lives as we prepare for the transition into 2018. Join Heidi Sherwin for a candlelight gentle yoga class that will include a balance of slow flowing sequences and yin yoga postures, followed by a Solstice Meditation, and ending with a long, deep relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water. $20 for WVBG members, $30 for non-members.
