HallowEast 9 takes place in the edgy, unique, and diverse East End of Charleston, WV! ArtMares: This horror themed art show is back for its 9th year! Fayettevilles Merchant Mix & Match

Enjoy a stroll around Historic Downtown Fayetteville as our locally owned shops and restaurants pair up together for this special event! Restaurants will be teaming up with shops giving out free samples. There will be live music, karaoke, activities, displays, special offers, and lots of fun things going on throughout the event. Watoga Art in the Park

Watoga Art in the Park – bringing together artists and the great outdoors. Watoga Art in the Park features a great fun- filled weekend for families set in one of West Virginia's most beautiful parks – Watoga State Park. The juried fine art and craft fair will feature some of the region's most impressive artists and craftspeople showcasing jewelry, pottery, fiber, glass, photography, painting and much more Find that perfect gift for a loved one or yourself. Along with showcasing fine art for purchase, there will be eight professional artists, instructing in 22 workshops throughout the two-day event to help you create your own work of art. Learn pastels, watercolors, or acrylics from accomplished artists, watch and participate in wood-fire pottery or blacksmithing, make your own mask and paint or decorate it, check out white oak basketry, as well as yoga and art therapy. Join in one or all three nature walks lead by a Watoga State Park Naturalist. Learn about birds and then return to paint what you observed, make a clay dish using some of the natural materials you'll find along your walk, or check out the hike where you learn to identify animal footprints. In the evening you can participate in an Owl Prowl and the even make owl houses to take home with you. There will be great music both days as well as a variety of foods. Kids Corner open all day. Blue Ridge Arts & Crafts Festival

Join us for the 2nd annual Blue Ridge Arts & Crafts Festival, to be held at the historic Peter Burr Farm in Shenandoah Junction, WV, featuring over 50 Blue Ridge artists and artisans, live music, local food and drinks, free children's activities, tours of the historic property, artist demos, door prizes, and more, with free admission for everyone.

5th Annual WV Tattoo Expo

The fifth annual West Virginia Tattoo Expo is finally here! Located at the Morgantown Event Center, the expo will run August 18th – 20th. With on-site tattooing and piercing from over 160 artists, multitudes of vendors, contests, a Miss Tattooed West Virginia pageant, and more, this will be the premier tattoo event in the state. The expo is open to the public, and kids under 12 are free with a paying adult. We Can’t wait to see you there!

About the Artist: Broadway's master milliner and mask maker Rodney Gordon shares a collection of masks, hats, headdresses, jewelry, and armor created for some of the most popular and historic productions in theater history.

Putnam County is home to a wealth of artists, artisans, musicians and writers. Tastes and Talents features these creatives in fun and engaging ways. Jewels & Drinks at Greenbrier Valley Theatre

Greenbrier Valley Theatre, the State Professional Theatre of West Virginia, will host a jewelry trunk show in the Daywood Lobby on Sunday, August 28. This event is free and open to the public from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Jewelry artisan, Alan Anderson, will be at GVT to showcase an eclectic mix of costume jewelry. Arts Walk

This year’s ARTS WALK, sponsored by Greater Morgantown Convention and Visitors Bureau, Main Street Morgantown, Monongalia Arts Center (MAC) and Arts Monongahela, will take place on Friday, October 7 in downtown Morgantown. Arts Mon, MAC and Appalachian Gallery are information points for the Arts Walk– you can get the inside scoop on where the artists are and what’s happening downtown. Arts Mon is located next to Huntington Bank on the corner of High Street and Pleasant Street. Monongalia Arts Center is easy to find, on the corner of High Street and Kirk Street and Appalachian Galley in on Walnut Street across for the parking garage. Participating businesses and places with artists are marked by lit tiki torches. Plan the perfect Friday night. From 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. you can stroll through over forty downtown businesses and see artwork from local artists. As you stroll through downtown, collect four fantastic bookmarks featuring Morgantown Area Artists. These artists are culture-makers who challenge the status quo and advance our region’s Arts… plus they are your neighbors. You can find them at Arts Monongahela, MAC, the Main Street Offices and pretty much every other business downtown! Enjoy music at numerous locations and a variety of unique dining choices.

Shepherdstown Street Fest
