51st Annual Railroad Days
For two weekends in October, the streets are filled with a variety of vendors, great food, live entertainment, and carriage rides through the Hinton Historic District. The Railroad Museum showcases model railroad and John Henry exhibits, photo and art exhibits, and more. New River Train Excursions runs daily trips from Huntington, WV to Hinton, WV each day of the festival.

Gather in the Gorge: Art and Music Walk
The kick-off event for Gather in the Gorge will take place Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in downtown Historic Fayetteville. Free and family- friendly, the music and art walk will feature original local art installations, live music, and interactive art exhibits throughout the community.
