Let’s Go There, #AlmostHeaven

We understand that 2020 has not exactly gone to plan. All of those trips you had scheduled have gone out the window and have been replaced with a sense of stillness. Restlessness. The want to be able to pack a bag and get away to fulfill your wanderlust heart. You need something to look forward to, which is why we are partnering with the U.S. Travel Association’s Let’s Go There! Campaign.

West Virginia was made for social distancing. With our natural splendor and the call to get outdoors, we are not lacking for exploration in #AlmostHeaven. Take a journey to the New River Gorge National Bridge or pick a trail to one of our forested state parks. The choice is yours. The Let’s Go There Campaign is about inspiring Americans to do what is exciting, safe and productive: make plans to travel. Besides, isn’t planning your getaway half the fun? Now is the time to travel confidently.

And if you’re not ready to see a sunrise over the Appalachian Mountains, that is ok. When the time is right, we’ll be ready.
