Wood Relief Art Workshop

March 14, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Using found and recycled wood, participants will construct small (8 x 10-inch) mixed media relief tiles using cordless drills (provided). Water based paints and stains will be utilized to help finish these artworks, and hanging hardware will be built in so that participants’ creations will be ready for wall display. Dylan Collins, West Virginia University (WVU) Assistant Professor of Art and Design will lead this workshop. Materials included. Ages 12 and up. All skill levels. $20 for WVBG members, $30 for non-members.
