South Branch Riverfest

This new festival, located in the state’s eastern Potomac Highlands, celebrates the South Branch Valley’s natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and local foods and crafts.

The South Branch Riverfest will feature food, wine and beer tastings, a variety of foods for purchase, locally grown and locally made foods, river recreation activities, craft items, music and information on a variety of topics. Located right on the South Branch of the Potomac River, we will have outdoor recreation and learning activities, such as kayaking and fly-fishing demonstrations and river snorkeling.  A Fun Run is planned just before the event starts, with categories for kids and adults alike.
