Ohio River Splashtacular: Making Waves for Easterseals

Have a Splashtacular time at this brand new event at Wheeling Heritage Port this summer.

Catch the Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show Team performing on the Ohio River at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Enjoy fun activities presented by the SMART Centre Market science team, the West Virginia Rivers Coalition and the WVU Extension Service.

Win a prize from the Wheeling Nailers, and meet Spike the mascot.

Visit a river towboat and meet the pilot.

Have a close encounter with animals from the Oglebay Good Zoo.

Enjoy the city’s new Splash Pad, and get a bite to eat at our food trucks.

The event is free and open to the public. There also is a Grand Prize raffle of a Yamaha Jet Blaster DLX including trailer and Wave Port (retail value $11,300) and second and third prizes of $1,000 in groceries from the store of the winners’ choice!

Try your luck for $20 a ticket. You also can enter to win any number of prizes in our basket raffle or enter the 50/50 drawing.
