New Exhibitions Opening Receptions - January 29, 2026

Celebrate the opening of TWO exhibitions at the Arts Center in Elkins, WV!
The Davis and Elkins College Student Arts Exhibition will be on display in the Great Hall and features work from over 30 students, including some art majors, some art minors, and some who took an arts course as a general elective. The exhibit will include paintings, prints, drawings, ceramics and 3D sculptural pieces. In the Maxwell Gallery, Judy Van Gundy’s solo exhibition, “A Life of Art and Craft,” will be on display. “I have been a creator & maker of things for as long as I can remember. I was inspired by my parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts & uncles, all of whom made — in my estimation — wonderful things. I was encouraged to try many forms of art and crafts,” says Judy.
