Mountain Bike Skills Clinic – Beginning & Intermediate

At the Trail Depot Mountain Bike Clinics, you will learn basic Mountain Bike Skills with a professional MTB athlete and coach, Jess Buch of Buch Bikes. Level 1 (Saturday) will cover basic maneuvering skills, navigating obstacles, knowing your bike and posture and balance while riding. The Level 2 (Sunday) class will review all skills learned and introduce the rider to more advanced techniques like wheel lifts, preparing for climbs and shifting. All classes include a trail riding component to practice the skills learned.
