This event is designed to offer you a safe space to be your authentic self while co-creating a sense of belonging, ease, joy, and connection with your local community. Each session includes a warm-up, meditation or wellness-related guidance, a 20-minute meditation, and an open sharing circle led my meditation teacher Eric Bale. Content may include singing, movement, wellness talks, book excerpts, seated meditation, walking meditation, and more.
