Ripley’s 150th Independence Celebration is a 2-day event that features the Grand Parade, live entertainment and fireworks. The event is known as ‘America’s Largest Small-Town Independence Celebration.’
The entertainment stage is being situated in the Academy Drive Plaza. Spectators may view the free concerts from a drive-in theater arrangement.
July 3 shows feature classic rock by U.S. Kids at 6:30 p.m. and Rick K & The Allnighters at 8 p.m.
On the Fourth of July, the noon Grand Parade route is along S. Church Street near Ripley High to W. Main Street at Sheetz.
Concerts are Rimshot at 4 p.m., Ultra Sound at 6 p.m. and Adam D. Tucker’s Vegas Tim McGraw Tribute at 8 p.m. Fireworks follow at 10 p.m.
