The Farm to Table experience is more than just a dinner — it’s a heartfelt celebration of the farmers, artisans, and flavors that define West Virginia’s rich culinary heritage. Thoughtfully crafted by Chef Matt Welsh, this immersive, Appalachian-infused evening invites guests to savor locally sourced dishes while connecting with the chef himself, fellow diners, and the stories behind every ingredient. It’s a true taste of place, where food becomes a shared journey of community, craft, and culture.
This package includes two tickets to the 4-course plated dinner and one drink of choice per person, and overnight accommodations in the lodge.

Table seating for this event is communal. Meals will be served up to 30 minutes after the event starts. After this time, we will do our best to provide the whole meal. We will hold your seat for 30 minutes after the event time; after that, seats are available on a space-available basis.
A La Carte tickets are available and will include one event ticket, one drink of choice, and a 4-course plated dinner.
